1.1 Fabb offers its customers the opportunity to join its Fabb Membership Program and access member discounts and other benefits (as described below), by purchasing a membership. Fabb reserves the right to refuse any application to join the Fabb Membership Program, in its sole discretion (exercised reasonably). This is an in-store offer only.

1.2 By joining the Fabb Membership Program:

1.2. 1 you agree to be bound by these Terms and our  Privacy Policy ;

1.2.2 you acknowledge that membership in the Fabb Membership Program is subject to a membership fee and you agree to pay the membership fee prior to Fabb approving or issuing you with your membership;

1.2.3  you agree that a Fabb Membership is valid for 12 months from the date on which you pay your membership fee and will expire after the end of that 12 month period;

1.2.4 you acknowledge that by providing your personal information, an account will be created in your name to store your Fabb Membership Program details. Any data collected will be used, handled and disclosed by Fabb in accordance with our Privacy Policy;

1.2.5 you agree to receive from Fabb by email, mail, SMS and telephone:

 1.2.5.1 marketing or promotional communications about the Fabb Membership Program; and
1.2.5.2  marketing or promotional communications about Fabb more generally.

You may elect to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications from Fabb by opting out, and you can do so by managing your communication preferences through a function provided in our email communication or SMS. Alternatively, you can send an email requesting to opt-out to customercareteam@fabbfurniture.com

Please note when opting out via the unsubscribe link within Fabb promotional emails, you are opting out from email marketing only. When opting out of Fabb SMS communications via the opt out link function, you are opting out of SMS marketing only. If you elect to opt out, you will still receive service-based communications relating to your Fabb membership and account, as well as other information that we are required to send you by law, such as changes to our terms and conditions and notifications relating to your transactions, rewards, and entitlements. 1.3 The following benefits will be made available to members of the Fabb Membership Program:

1.3.1 discounts on the non-member prices of selected items (such discounts to be determined and items to be selected by Fabb from time to time, in its sole discretion);

1.3.2 a 5% discount on the non-member prices of selected dining chairs (such dining chairs to selected by Fabb from time to time, in its sole discretion), (together, Member Benefits).

For the avoidance of any doubt, membership benefits will not be available on all Fabb products; they will be available on selected items only, from time to time. Discounts on non-member prices will not be available when a product is included in a Fabb sale.

1.4 All members of the Fabb Membership Program must be residents of the United Kingdom.

1.5 A membership in the Fabb Membership Program purchased in United Kingdom can be used at any Fabb store in United Kingdom and on the nickscali.co.uk website. A membership in the Fabb Membership Program cannot be used for floor stock at any Fabb Clearance branded store in the United Kingdom.

1.6 To be eligible to access any benefits of membership in the Fabb Membership Program:

1.6.1  instore, you must identify yourself as a member of the Fabb Membership Program before purchase by presenting your Fabb Membership Program identification number. If you are unable to present your Fabb Membership Program identification number before purchase, proof of identity is required by providing your phone number or email address to verify against your membership account; or

 1.6.2  online, you must insert your Fabb membership program identification number as part of your online purchase.

1.7 Any benefits of membership in the Fabb Membership Program offered in the 12 month period of your membership are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Fabb may specify additional conditions on the use of any discount vouchers or discount codes at the time they are offered instore or online, that apply to members of the Fabb Membership Program.

1.8  If you breach these Fabb Membership Program Terms, Fabb may terminate your membership, in which case you may not be entitled to a refund of the membership fee paid by you.

1.9  You may terminate your membership at any time by sending us an email to customercareteam@fabbfurniture.com stating that you wish to terminate your membership. If you choose to do so, you may not be entitled to a refund of the membership fee paid by you.

1.10 If we terminate your membership, you cancel your membership or your membership expires at the end of the 12 month membership period, we will retain your data and only use, handle and disclose it in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

1.11 Any discounts available under the Fabb Membership Program do not apply to the purchase of gift cards or bonus offers and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or item that is on sale at Fabb stores or online.

1.12 Fabb reserves the right to update the Fabb Membership Program Terms at any time and will notify you via the email address connected to your membership account 30 days prior to the those updated Fabb Membership Program Terms coming into effect.

1.13 Members of the Fabb Membership Program may receive delivery benefits but only for those members who are United Kingdom residents and where the goods are being delivered to an United Kingdom address that is within the range of postcodes and suburbs to which Fabb delivers.

1.14 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
